This book presents clearly and simply how people who are tired of the limitless needs of life can spend their lives with the minimum necessities and the least goods. This is based on the concept of minimalism which has been variously put forward by a number of religious leaders. Its author, Dr. Amila de Alwis, also practiced this minimalist concept and reaped great benefits.
